Kerry Brooks’ Purple glaze is anchored by the rich, gray-purple & a deep water green and when the two colors meet the result is a vibrant cobalt blue. The fused glass introduces shades of deep grape, aqua and green. Because each piece is uniquely created, the presence of each color varies.

Kerry Brooks has been a potter since 1988. She learned to throw pots in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and has been working as a full time studio potter in Minneapolis, Minnesota, since 1997. She works primarily in wheel-thrown, high fired stoneware.
